Treatment PlantsMyers and Sons Construction won this project as a prime contractor through the Placer County Water Agency. It was won at $1.7 million. The scope of work included installation of a new wetwell screen structure with 52-inch screen and slide gates; removal, rehabilitation and restoration of (2) exiting 30-inch wetwell screens and installation of moter operators on (2) existing slide gates; a new 72-inch motor actuated overflow slide gate and overflow weir plates; paving, grading and fencing; under and above ground piping; concrete structures; valve, piping and plumbing; process electrical; process control instrumentation; SCADA control facilities; and misc. work for a complete and operational facility
