OCSD Primary Clarifiers

February 18, 2021 The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate twelve (12) primary clarifiers, two distribution structures, and appurtenant piping at Plant 2. The construction includes structural steel replacement; temporary bracing of existing steel structures during steel replacement; concrete repairs including crack injection, cast-in-place, and concrete pipe structural repairs and lining; protective coating for clarifier steel mechanisms; pipe, and concrete structure draining, cleaning, and debris removal; CIPP installation; PVC sheet lining installation; pillow plugs; and miscellaneous concrete repairs.
