OCSD Primary Clarifiers

The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate twelve (12) primary clarifiers, two distribution structures, and appurtenant piping at Plant 2. The construction includes structural steel replacement; temporary bracing of existing steel structures during steel replacement; concrete repairs including crack injection, cast-in-place, and concrete pipe structural repairs and lining; protective coating for clarifier steel mechanisms; pipe, and concrete structure draining, cleaning, and debris removal; CIPP installation; PVC sheet lining installation; pillow plugs; and miscellaneous concrete repairs.
