Treatment PlantsUnder contract with the County of Colusa, the work included the decommissioning the Colusa Migrant Center Wastewater Treatment Plant and the construction of infrastructure to connect to an existing, untapped connection to the City of Williams. The first phase consisted of construction of a new lift station and force main to convey wastewater to the City of Williams’ Wastewater Treatment Plant. The second phase included the decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment ponds utilizing 4000CY of infill dirt.
