This polyester project took place on Route 36 and 299 in various locations in Humboldt County.  Work included polyster overlays, the removal and replacement of unsound concrete, joint seals and the installation of snow plow deflectors on bridge transitions.  Increased environmental awareness when using chemicals such as methacrylate primer was crucial when working around fresh water streems in the Northern California area.  Minimal environmental impacts were a major goal during the course of this project.
